This will be the first song I am taking through the entire process with Ozone and SF. To date I just mixed and mastered the songs in P5 and exported to WAV, and in general the results have been very good. But now that I have these new applications I know I can do a much better job but need some help with the process from folks with experience in Ozone and SF. Max: some thought from me (since I have so much of the same software you have: P5V2, Sound Forge 8 and Ozone 3). I hope I don't sound patronizing since you may be far more expert than me, but some of the things I found:Д®ven after 10 years of producing my own stuff, I still think I only have my head around mastering about 20%. As the other poster pointed out, SF has a lot of very powerful tools even in itself you could probably use to do 90% of what Ozone does: for instance, multiband compression, Wave Hammer, peak and RMS normalizing options, good EQ, etc. But Ozone has a very intelligent GUI and is really designed specifically for mastering.
